CBS News: For Car Dealers, Shock Turning To Anger
Jim Anderer says it's nothing short of grand theft auto that Chrysler is forcing his Long Island Jeep dealership to close - he's been there for 22 years. Forty eight jobs and millions of dollars of inventory are on the line. Anderer is not going quietly. "There's been a gun put to my head," Anderer said. "I have no choice. I'm going to sue."

Technology could stop speeding and crashes
A device that could dramatically reduce the number of collisions by eliminating driver error is to be tested in Europe. The system uses technology similar to wi-fi to enable vehicles to communicate with each other, sharing information about their speed and location, to determine when a crash is imminent.

No Sprinklers? Eleven Fire Engines Gutted at Fire College
Blackened by smoke and burnt out by flames, this was the scene of destruction left by an almighty blaze - at Britain's Fire Service College. Dozens of firefighters were called in to try and tackle the inferno at a workshop where the flames damaged 11 fire engines. The vehicles could have been saved - if the buildings had sprinklers installed.

CEO Promises GM Has New Vehicles That Will Blow You Away
GM CEO Fritz Henderson took to he web to field questions from the public. He was asked about how GM will flesh out its new lower number of brands. "We have big product and technology plans for all our brands," he said. "I promise you that we have new vehicles that will blow you away.”
